Timothée Chalamet Rocked an Unreleased Designer Grail on ‘College GameDay’

If the whole acting thing ever runs its course, Timothée Chalamet officially has a backup career ready and waiting for him: sports broadcaster. On Saturday, the Oscar nominee appeared as a guest host on ESPN’s College GameDay in Atlanta, capping off an unprecedented publicity blitz for his forthcoming Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown that’s seen Chalamet unexpectedly pop up on college campuses across the country. And to the total shock of just about everyone watching—including the other analysts seated alongside him—the Dune star exhibited a prodigious and intimate knowledge of the college football landscape, confidently rattling off the reasoning behind each of his conference championship picks. Turns out Timmy has more than a mean jumper in his sports repertoire.

Less surprising about Chalamet’s College Gameday cameo? He looked good—to the point that dozens of online commenters were immediately clamoring for more info about his standout pink parka, which boasted an abundance of pockets and a boxy cropped silhouette. The 28-year-old has been rooting around in menswear history of late, sporting svelte 1960s rocker suits and hardy 1950s work boots. His buzzy new jacket, however, was quite literally from the future: it hails from UK designer Martine Rose’s yet-to-drop spring-summer 2025 collection. (Chalamet recently began working with stylist Taylor McNeill, who also counts noted Martine Rose fan Kendrick Lamar among her clients.)
